Download the application
1. Download the VR Fire Trainer Application to your VR headset.

2. Log in to your account or create one.
3. Click to download the application.
Start your VR headset
1. Start your VR headset and open the VR Fire Trainer Application. You'll find it under uninstalled applications in the library.
2. Enter your license key and start your fire training.
Lost application?
If you have downloaded the application but accidentally removed it or performed a factory reset on your headset (which erased all data) you can always download it again. You will find the application under uninstalled applications in the VR headset library.
After a factory reset of your VR headset, we at Vobling need to reset your license key before you use it again. Contact us at support@vrfiretrainer.com and we will help you!
CONNECT TO EXTINGUISHER
Turn on the Bluetooth module on your VR Fire Trainer by flipping the switch.
1. Allow access to the pop-up "permission request, allow the VR Fire Trainer to access this device's location". If you deny, you cannot connect to the VR Fire Trainer Bluetooth module.
2. Go to the Bluetooth icon in the bottom left corner, click on "search", and choose to connect to your interactive extinguisher. A green solid light means it's connected.
The VR Fire Trainer Application will automatically connect to your extinguisher if they have been previously connected.

We offer combinations of fires and scenarios that are great for training. Choose the fire training you want to perform in the library.
TRAININGS
Individual scenarios
Choose a single scenario, an extinguisher, and retry as many times as you like.
Test your skills
Run through a set of scenarios, choose the right extinguisher and get your test results at the end.
Training programs
Select a training program to experience a set of scenarios and for each scenario, you will be given a certain type of environment and fire type. The training programs have different lengths and purposes.
Run all scenarios
Select run all scenarios to experience all environements and fire types. You will choose an extinguisher in each scenario and move on when you have extinguished the fire.
Long training
This option offers you longer training with a limited time. The user will experience a number of scenarios, types of fires, and extinguishers. You wil etiher fail or succeed based on the given scenario. Time to run is 5 minutes.
Short training
This option offers you a shorter training including 3 set scenarios with fixed types of fires and extinguishers. Time to run 2 min.
Lithium battery fire training
Learn how to put out a lithium battery fire. These fires are difficult to extinguish as they often re-ignite. The white smoke is toxic and should not be inhaled. You will be given a fire extinguisher specially developed for lithium battery fires.
Simple training
In this fire training you will be practicing putting out fires in a number of scenarios. You will be given the extinguishing agent that is optimal for the scenario you are in.

UPDATES
We will continuously update and improve the application and we will send you updates remotely. When a software update is released you'll automatically see it in the library in the VR headset when you are connected to wi-fi. Click on the app icon to download it!
ISSUE WITH LICENSE
If you run into any issues or for some reason lose your VR headset and require a new license, just send us an email to support@vrfiretrainer.com and we will help you!
SETTINGS
Issue with registration of safety pin?
1. Make sure that the Bluetooth module is fully charged.
2. Make sure you are connected to the Bluetooth module in the VR Fire Trainer Application.
3. It is important that the metal holder is in line and does not tilt. If it tilts, try to unscrew the handle by turning it a bit, adjust the rubber ring (O-ring) and align the metal. Then screw it back together again.
Language
You can change the language in the VR Fire Trainer Application. The available languages are English, Swedish, German, Polish, Chinese (simplified), Finnish, French, Norwegian, Dutch, Romanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian and Macedonian.
Teleportation
You can always move physically within your boundary space in the application in VR. If you have a limited play space you can turn on the teleportation movement (move using the controllers). Choose "enable teleportation" in the settings menu to activate teleportation.
To teleport with controllers:
1. Press the trigger button on the nozzle controller to bring out the teleportation pointer
2. Aim with the nozzle controller
3. Release the trigger button to teleport
Controller mode
Put out the fire without the physical extinguisher:
1. Press the A button on the right controller to pull out the safety pin.
2. Press the grip button to discharge the extinguishing agent.
If you don't want to use your physical fire extinguisher in the application, you can switch to controllers only. Change controller mode in the Bluetooth menu.
