1. Make sure that the Bluetooth module is fully charged.

2. Make sure you are connected to the Bluetooth module in the VR Fire Trainer Application.

3. It is important that the metal holder is in line and does not tilt. If it tilts, try to unscrew the handle by turning it a bit, adjust the rubber ring (O-ring) and align the metal. Then screw it back together again.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1.Turn on the Bluetooth module on your VR Fire Trainer by flipping the switch.

2. Allow access to the pop-up "permission request, allow the VR Fire Trainer to access this device's location". If you deny, you cannot connect to the VR Fire Trainer Bluetooth module.

3. Go to the Bluetooth icon in the bottom left corner, click on "search", and choose to connect to your interactive extinguisher. A green solid light means it's connected.

The VR Fire Trainer Application will automatically connect to your extinguisher if they have been previously connected.

CONNECT YOUR EXTINGUISHER

Attach the right controller to the nozzle controller holder and the left controller to the head controller holder.

Attach the head controller holder to the VR Fire Trainer by snapping it to the metal holder using the magnets.

CHARGING

Charge the Bluetooth module before you begin your training. Use the enclosed USB-C cable.

The battery time for the Bluetooth module is 10 hours on full charge with normal usage. A red light on the Bluetooth module indicates that the battery level is too low.
