How has your work or organisation changed since you started using the VR Fire Trainer?

Since introducing the VR Fire Trainer, our training process has become significantly easier compared to traditional methods. The experience feels smooth and highly realistic, the fire extinguisher has real weight and is used exactly as it should be, without relying on buttons or artificial controls. Participants receive instant feedback and can train in a wide range of different scenarios.

The solution also gives us greater flexibility. We can conduct training indoors, share the screen with other participants, and engage in interactive discussions during or after the session. Overall, the VR Fire Trainer has enhanced both the learning experience and the quality of our fire awareness training.

Do you have any key metrics for your improvement?

We don’t have specific metrics yet, but Fire Awareness is a mandatory module in the wind industry and must be refreshed every 24 months as part of the industry standard. What we do have is consistently very positive feedback from all participants. The training is described as fun, engaging, and highly appreciated, which strongly supports its effectiveness and acceptance among trainees.
