We spoke with the team to learn more about their mission, their customers, and how VR Fire Trainer is being used in the Romanian market.

Who are you, and what is your mission?  At Distreo, we are a team specialized in educating, promoting, and distributing innovative fire safety solutions in Romania and South-Eastern Europe.

What types of customers use the VR Fire Trainer the most in Romania?  Mostly, we've seen a lot of interest from energy distribution companies, particularly those working with electricity and renewable energy.

What is the biggest advantage of VR Fire Trainer in your market?  The physical device with the Bluetooth module and the pass-through capabilities are standout features. However, we can also see the backend platform having a lot of reach in the upcoming period.

What do customers say after trying it for the first time?  They feel excited and empowered. Customers are also quite surprised that this kind of training can be so easily available to them.

What makes Romania unique when it comes to safety training?  While it might not be entirely unique to us, for sure there is a lot of theory and too little practice when it comes to safety training.
