Introducing Filip Grufman in a new role at Vobling

That’s why we’re excited to share that Filip Grufman is stepping into a new role as CEO of Vobling.
Filip has been part of the Vobling journey for years and has played a huge role in building both our business and our culture. From leading sales and customer relationships to helping shape how we move forward as a company, he’s been involved in much more than just one department. But this isn’t about one person leading from the top.
At Vobling, we work as a team. Everyone brings different strengths, perspectives, and ideas to the table, and that’s exactly what makes us move fast and keep improving. We support each other where needed, challenge each other in the right ways, and share responsibility across the company. No egos, no silos, just people working together toward the same goals.
We also believe great work comes from having a great quality of life. That’s why we’re fully remote and built around flexibility and trust. People do their best work when they have freedom, balance, and ownership and we’ve seen that firsthand. Working remotely allows us to stay fast, creative, and connected while making sure everyone can build a work life that actually works for them.
